Equipment structure
Equipment is composed of: the center spiral, 7 pieces stainless steel brush rollers, 2 sets motors , 2 sets reducer motor, and rack. With simple structure and stable operation.
Operation principle
Raw materials feeding into the peeling machine, continually rolling by the 7 pieces of stainless steel brush rollers, the peels are separated. With the center spiral rotating, raw materials are moved forward and rolled continually, the water spray pipe spray down the water and take away the peels. Peeled cassava tubers discharge from the port.
Operation steps (Firstly check the lubricating oil level of the reducer motor, and if there are any parts loose )
Turn on the brush roller motor and the center spiral motor
Adjust the center spiral motor to smallest rotating speed
Turn on the supporting water pump, water inflowing
Feeding in raw material
1ãAdjust the center spiral motor rotating speed according to the peeling effect (under the fastest discharge speed (center spiral rotating speed), making peeling effect the best), then slowly improve the center spiral rotating speed, when discharge speed achieve suitable, the peeling effect is best.
Turn off steps
Stop feeding raw material
Turn off motors and water pump after all the raw material are discharged.
Clean the brush roller and machine
